Kids Mindfulness Yoga (every Saturday)
Through yoga poses, meditation, mindful coloring and each week a new topic we can create an activity that benefits the child for life. We promote strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness. In addition, through breathing and visualization practices we teach the children to focus, relax and have self-control. It also promotes inner-strength, confidence and self-esteem; a feeling of well-being and respect for others; and, love for one's self, inside and out.

Start the new year with good vibes. Always wanted to know to meditate but you’re not sure where to begin … how do you “quiet the mind?”
The key to developing a successful meditation practice is finding the right fit for you. In order to figure out what kind of meditation works best for you, you’ll have to put a few types of meditation to the test and try several tools so you can choose the practice that feels the most comfortable. We will touch base and explore this journey together. You will receive an extensive booklet with all of the information that you may need.
